Furniture and adjacent rooms are protected, the work area is isolated, and the substrate is corrected until it is flat, sound and ready to receive the material.

The material is set to the planned layout: continuous alignment, consistent joints, clean cuts at every fixture, penetration and transition.

Final Walkthrough
We review the finished project item by item with you before it is considered complete — grout lines, edges, silicone, transitions and hardware.

They set out the whole floor before laying a single plank, so the pattern lands perfectly at every doorway. That is the part you notice a year later.
The cuts around the range hood and the outlets are perfect. Nothing is fudged, nothing is covered with caulk. It looks like it was designed that way.
